Check your invoicing details

Check your invoicing details on the order confirmation and send any comments to yrityspalvelu@messukeskus.com by 9 January 2024. Please note that changes made to the invoicing details after the invoice has been issued are subject to an additional charge.

 

Update your company profile

We encourage you to update your company profile through eMessukeskus no later than 22 January 2024 for it to appear in the exhibition information sent to all event attendees.

Register co-exhibitors

Register co-exhibitors participating in your joint stand through eMessukeskus (section Co-exhibitors) latest on 22 January 2024 and ensure their visibility in the exhibition info distributed to all event attendees. Co-exhibitors will be granted their own company-specific account and ID to use eMessukeskus.

Co-exhibitors will be charged a registration fee according to the event-specific participation conditions. The registration fee for co-exhibitors taking part in ChemBio Finland 24 is € 440.

Plan and order stand structures and furniture

We price according to price periods. The earlier you place an order, the more you will save on the required products and services. Furthermore, you can ensure the availability of necessary products.

Structures and furniture can be ordered through eMessukeskus under Order products and services. Placing your order by 29 February 2024, you will acquire the products at a lower cost.

  • Prices will increase by 20% on 1 March
  • Prices will increase by 50% on 21 March
  • Prices will increase by 100% on 3 April

Order a customised stand plan and implementation or a ready-to-use solution

Depending on your needs, we can deliver a customised stand plan with implementation, or you may choose from three different options that are ready-to-use. Reusability of structural materials and energy efficiency in lighting are key aspects of our stand packages.

Do you have a stand program? Let us know about your program through eMessukeskus under Program and we will publish it on the event’s website.

Invite your customers to the event

This event uses electronic, cost-free eInvitation which allows you to reach hundreds of customers with just one click – easily, ecologically and free of charge! The invitation can be customized with your own greeting as well as photos of your company. The eInvitation tool and instructionscan be found in eMessukeskus on the Invite your customers page.

Book accommodation with a discount price

Book your accommodation at the Holiday Inn – Expo hotel adjacent to the exhibition centre. As an exhibitor you will get a 11 % discount on the daily price. We recommend to book early – the hotel is very popular during the exhibitions.

Submission of graphic material

If you have ordered graphic products or if your stand includes graphic products, please remember to send the necessary materials to graphics@messukeskus.com no later than 30 days before the event. A 50% surcharge will be added to orders submitted late.

Materials required for graphic products:

  • Print-ready PDF files (please check the material guide that came with your order confirmation)
  • Header texts/logos

Passes during the construction and exhibition phases

You can conveniently email or send passes to your event team members mobile device through eMessukeskus. The pass holder can print it in advance through the email link or the pass can alternatively be printed at any of the entrances of Messukeskus or at our Exhibition Office.

You are able to create as many passes as necessary.

The exhibitor’s pass is for the event staff of your stand. This pass is personal and valid during the construction, event and dismantling periods of the event. The pass must be always visible during the event. In addition, the pass enables its holder to enter the Exhibitors’ Lounge together with benefits for purchasing goods (including lunch for exhibitors and discounts in NoHo Partners cafes).

The constructor’s pass is valid during the construction and dismantling periods of the event. The constructor’s pass is free of charge.

Badge pockets for passes are available at Messukeskus’ entrances and the Exhibition Office.

Sign up for the Employer of the Future theme day

Is your company seeking new talents? Now you have a great opportunity to introduce your company to students and job seekers. Participate in the Employer of the Future theme day, which will be held on April 11, 2024. Register by March 13, 2024.

The exhibitors of ChemBio Finland have the opportunity to be part of the theme day from an employer perspective and discuss different career options with students and job seekers. Companies participating in the theme day will be given a Future employer theme day sticker, which can be affixed to the stand or to the clothing of the staff on site, for example, to indicate that your stand has recruitment professionals.

Make the most of logos and banners of the event in your own marketing channels

Don’t forget to share your event participation and new product releases taking place during the event in your own marketing and communications channels such as social media. You can use the event logos, banners and images to advertise your attendance without restrictions.

Take media representatives, bloggers and social media influencers into account

Actively contact journalists and influencers inviting them to visit your stand. Publish press releases through eMessukeskus (under Market your participation) and submit printable versions to our Press Centre, which is open during the event opening hours. You can recognize journalists by their PRESS badge and bloggers along with social media influencers by their CONTENT CREATOR badge. The event is attended by numerous media outlets.

Please advise the Communications Manager of the event should your stand include new releases, performers, a specific programme, press conferences or other activities that could interest the media. This will ensure that overlapping events can be avoided.

Take care of the safety of your stand

Never leave valuables accessible when the exhibition day ends. Take care of all necessary insurances and consider renting possible safety accessories such as showcases, locks or security cables for computers and / or monitors.

In like manner we are prepared to take care of other possible security needs regarding your stand. These needs can be addressed with our security services partner Securitas. Barrier-free parking system Autopay by Europark is in use at Messukeskus. Parking charges are collected by Europark.

Exhibition Office

The Exhibition Office assists exhibitors and constructors during the construction phase as well as the opening hours of the event regarding matters such as stand orders. Stand construction, maintenance and dismantling times, opening hours of the Exhibition Office and available entrances can be found here >>

 

Exhibitors’ Lounge

The Exhibitors’ Lounge is available during the opening hours of the event. The Exhibitors’ Lounge can be found from the 2nd floor in the Siipi conference area. The door code is presented in the pass. You are welcome to come and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Exhibitors’ Lounge. The space has a small kitchenette together with toilets and showers.

Messukeskus’ restaurant services

The NoHo partnership brings convenient electronic snack, drink and lunch tickets to our corporate customers. You can order product vouchers with QR codes for the amount of your choice and distribute them by email to users. The QR code on the ticket will serve as a payment method at the checkout of the restaurants. The tickets will be charged according to usage.

Orders for snack, drink, lunch and stand tickets are placed via the Restaurant Services online shop. If you do not already have one, please create a business account in the online shop. You will then be able to select the products you want.

The online shop opens three months before the event.

When ordering stand catering, please remember to think about furniture needs also:
Restaurant services sales help in planning furniture needs and orders furniture for you from Messukeskus stand service. Furniture costs are charged on the same invoice with catering. Serving furniture brought separately to stand/ events is not included in the prices of servings.
