Check your invoicing details on the order confirmation and send any comments to yrityspalvelu@messukeskus.com by 1 April 2022. Please note that changes made to the invoicing details after the invoice has been issued are subject to an additional charge.

Update your company profile

We encourage you to update your company profile through eMessukeskus no later than 2 April 2022 for it to appear in the exhibition information sent to all event attendees.

Register co-exhibitors

Register co-exhibitors participating in your joint stand through eMessukeskus (section Co-exhibitors) latest on 1 April 2022 and ensure their visibility in the exhibition info distributed to all event attendees. Co-exhibitors will be granted their own company-specific account and ID to use eMessukeskus.

Co-exhibitors will be charged a registration fee according to the event-specific participation conditions. The registration fee for co-exhibitors taking part in ChemBio Finland 22 is € 370.

Plan and order stand structures and furniture

We price according to price periods. The earlier you place an order, the more you will save on the required products and services. Furthermore, you can ensure the availability of necessary products.

Structures and furniture can be ordered through eMessukeskus under Order products and services. Placing your order by 27 April 2022, you will acquire the products at a lower cost.

Order a customised stand plan and implementation or a ready-to-use solution

Depending on your needs, we can deliver a customised stand plan with implementation, or you may choose from three different options that are ready-to-use. Reusability of structural materials and energy efficiency in lighting are key aspects of our stand packages.

Publish your stand programme

Do you have a stand program? Let us know about your program through eMessukeskus under Program and we will publish it on the event’s website.

Invite your customers to the event

This event uses electronic, cost-free eInvitation which allows you to reach hundreds of customers with just one click – easily, ecologically and free of charge! The invitation can be customized with your own greeting as well as photos of your company. The eInvitation tool and instructionscan be found in eMessukeskus on the Invite your customers page.

Submit your fascia text or logo

If you have purchased a stand solution including a fascia, please remember to send the fascia text or logo to graphics@messukeskus.com latest 7 May 2022. Any changes made following the deadline will be charged according to our normal price list.

Passes during the construction and exhibition phases

You can conveniently email or send passes to your event team members mobile device through eMessukeskus (Submit Passes tool opens on week 18). The pass holder can print it in advance through the email link or the pass can alternatively be printed at any of the entrances of Messukeskus or at our Exhibition Office.

You are able to create as many passes as necessary.

The exhibitor’s pass is for the event staff of your stand. This pass is personal and valid during the construction, event and dismantling periods of the event. The pass must be always visible during the event. In addition, the pass enables its holder to enter the Exhibitors’ Lounge together with benefits for purchasing goods (including lunch for exhibitors and discounts in Compass Group cafes).

The constructor’s pass is valid during the construction and dismantling periods of the event. The constructor’s pass is free of charge.

Badge pockets for passes are available at Messukeskus’ entrances and the Exhibition Office.

Take media representatives, bloggers and social media influencers into account

Actively contact journalists and influencers inviting them to visit your stand. Publish press releases through eMessukeskus (under Market your participation) and submit printable versions to our Press Centre, which is open during the event opening hours. You can recognize journalists by their PRESS badge and bloggers along with social media influencers by their CONTENT CREATOR badge. The event is attended by numerous media outlets.

Please advise the Communications Manager of the event should your stand include new releases, performers, a specific programme, press conferences or other activities that could interest the media. This will ensure that overlapping events can be avoided.

Order stand catering and meal vouchers

Remember to order catering for your stand together with meal vouchers for your staff in advance – latest 4 days before the event.

Make the most of logos and banners of the event in your own marketing channels

Don’t forget to share your event participation and new product releases taking place during the event in your own marketing and communications channels such as social media. You can use the event logos, banners and images to advertise your attendance without restrictions.

Take care of the safety of your stand

Never leave valuables accessible when the exhibition day ends. Take care of all necessary insurances and consider renting possible safety accessories such as showcases, locks or security cables for computers and / or monitors.

In like manner we are prepared to take care of other possible security needs regarding your stand. These needs can be addressed with our security services partner Securitas. With networking tool Tavata you can see other attendees beforehand and book 15 minute meetings at the numbered tables on spot. You can find the marked meeting-area at the event venue. 3. Edit your event profile and choose what you are offering and seeking in this event.
4. Book meetings. Browse through other’s profiles and book meetings. Remember to accept or cancel meetings suggested to you as well. You can find them in your e-mail or on the Schedule.

Parking

Barrier-free parking system Autopay by Europark is in use at Messukeskus. Parking charges are collected by Europark.

Exhibition Office

The Exhibition Office assists exhibitors and constructors during the construction phase as well as the opening hours of the event regarding matters such as stand orders. Stand construction, maintenance and dismantling times, opening hours of the Exhibition Office and available entrances can be found here >>

Exhibitors’ Lounge and restaurant services

The Exhibitors’ Lounge is available during the opening hours of the event. The Exhibitors’ Lounge can be found from the 2nd floor in the Siipi conference area. The door code is presented in the pass. You are welcome to come and enjoy a cup of coffee in the Exhibitors’ Lounge. The space has a small kitchenette together with toilets and showers.

Exhibitor’s special priced buffet lunch is served in restaurant Mesta. Meal vouchers can be purchased from the Exhibition Office, restaurant Eat & Meet (upper Gallery) and Stop & Shop kiosk (lower Gallery). The meal vouchers are also valid in other Compass Group’s restaurants at Messukeskus.
